Welcome to ChartPro. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartPro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Educational Purpose Only

        IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ChartPro is designed for educational and informational purposes only. The app does NOT provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
    

You understand and agree that:

All chart analyses, patterns, and signals are for educational purposes only
The app does not recommend specific trades or investments
Past patterns do not guarantee future results
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

The accuracy or reliability of any analysis
The identification of chart patterns or support/resistance levels
Any confidence scores or trading signals
The profitability of any trade based on app analysis

All analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not rely solely on the app for trading decisions
Conduct your own research and due diligence
Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
Not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

ChartPro offers a free tier with 5 analyses total.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited analyses. Available plans:

Annual: $49.99/year (billed annually)
Weekly: $3.99/week (with 3-day free trial)

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ChartPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app
Reverse engineer or decompile the app
Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
Remove any proprietary notices from the app

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARTPRO AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You acknowledge that:

Trading is inherently risky
You may lose money following any analysis
We are not responsible for any financial losses
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app

8. Third-Party Services

ChartPro uses third-party services including OpenAI for analysis. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ChartPro at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to ChartPro at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
