AI Push Up Counter ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

            Key Point: Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal workout data, and it is never uploaded to our servers.
        

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Name: Used to personalize your experience within the app
Fitness Level: Your self-selected fitness level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
Daily Goals: Your chosen workout goals

1.2 Workout Data (Stored Locally)

Push-up counts and repetitions
Workout duration and timestamps
Form scores and performance metrics
Achievements and streaks
Daily and weekly statistics

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

1.3 Camera Data

The App uses your device's camera to detect your body position and count push-ups using AI pose detection. Camera footage is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

1.4 Analytics Data (Anonymous)

We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the App:

App opens and screen views
Feature usage patterns
Crash reports and error logs
General workout completion events (without personal identifiers)

This data does not include your name, email, or any information that could identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services

2.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may collect device information such as device model and operating system version. For more information, see Firebase Privacy Policy.

2.2 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions through Apple's App Store. For more information, see RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

2.3 Apple HealthKit (Optional)

With your explicit permission, the App can sync workout calories to Apple Health. This integration is entirely optional and controlled by you. We only write calories burned data to HealthKit; we do not read or access any other health data.

To provide and personalize your workout experience
To track your progress and achievements locally
To improve the App through anonymous analytics
To process subscription purchases
To send you optional workout reminders (with your permission)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your personal workout data is stored locally on your device using encrypted SQLite database storage provided by the operating system. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Anonymous analytics data is shared only with our analytics providers (Firebase) to improve the App.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Export Your Data: You can export all your workout data as a JSON file from the App settings
Delete Your Data: You can delete all your personal data from within the App settings
HealthKit: You can enable or disable HealthKit integration at any time
Notifications: You can manage notification preferences in your device settings

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
