How many questions are on the actual USCIS citizenship test?

During your naturalization interview, the USCIS officer will ask you up to 10 questions from the list of 128 civics questions. You must answer at least 6 questions correctly to pass the civics portion of the test.

What is the 65+ mode?

If you are 65 years old or older and have been a permanent resident for 20 years or more, you may study only the questions marked with an asterisk (*) in the USCIS materials. Our app's 65+ mode filters the questions to show only these 20 designated questions.

How do I switch between English and Spanish?

You can change the language at any time by:

1. Tapping the Settings icon (gear icon) in the app
2. Selecting "Language" or "Idioma"
3. Choosing English or Español

All questions, answers, and explanations will update to your selected language.

How do I track my progress?

Your progress is automatically saved as you study. You can view your progress by:

• Checking the progress bar on each chapter
• Viewing your statistics in the Progress or Stats section
• Seeing your quiz results history

All progress is stored locally on your device.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! The app works completely offline. All 128 questions, lessons, and features are available without an internet connection. You only need internet for the initial download from the App Store.

Can I reset my progress?

Yes, you can reset your progress in the Settings menu. This will clear all your quiz results, progress tracking, and bookmarks, allowing you to start fresh. This action cannot be undone.

Are the questions the same as the real USCIS test?

Yes! All 128 questions in our app are taken directly from the official USCIS Civics Test Study Guide (2025 version). These are the exact questions you may be asked during your naturalization interview.

How often is the content updated?

We regularly update the app to reflect:

• Current government officials (President, Vice President, Chief Justice, etc.)
• Any changes to the USCIS test questions
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

Make sure to keep your app updated through the App Store for the latest content.
