Frequently Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
The weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You get full access during the trial, and the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or visit apple.com/account/subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. NextGen Bar Prep works 100% offline. All study content is included in the app download.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Yes. All study data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove your progress, bookmarks, and practice history.
I subscribed but still see locked content.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to the subscription screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. If it still doesn’t work, email us.
Is this app affiliated with NCBE?
No. NextGen Bar Prep is an independent study app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCBE. All practice materials are original and independently authored — they are not actual exam questions. For official exam information, consult NCBE and your jurisdiction’s bar admission authority.
