How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or visit apple.com/account/subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any purchase.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. SQE Master works 100% offline. All study content is included in the app download.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

Yes. All study data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove your progress, bookmarks, and quiz history.

I subscribed but still see locked content.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, go to the subscription screen and tap “Restore Purchases”. If it still doesn’t work, email us.
